2. What is the refund policy?

Our refund policy is as follows:

  • If the shipment has been dispatched for prepaid orders and you request a refund, delivery charges will be deducted.
  • For online prepaid orders, a credit charge of 2.5% of the total order value will be deducted if cancelled upfront without any reason. If the order is shipped and returned, AED 25 will be deducted for courier charges.
  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you will be refunded the full amount.

The refund method and time depend on the payment method used. For cash on delivery, the refund will be made to your e-wallet immediately. For online payments, the refund will be processed to your credit card within 5-7 business days.

3. What is the shipping policy?

Our shipping policy is as follows:

All online shipping is subject to stock availability. While we strive to keep all your favorites in stock, there may be times when a product is temporarily out of stock. We apologize for any inconvenience and encourage you to check back later or contact our team for availability information.

We aim to ship orders within three days of receiving them. Once shipped, orders within the UAE typically arrive within a week or less. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be shipped on the next working day. Please note that our team operates from Saturday to Thursday, except for UAE government-declared public holidays.

We offer delivery services within the United Arab Emirates and internationally to Saudi Arabia, Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait, and Qatar. Free delivery is available for UAE orders of AED 200 and above. For orders under AED 200, delivery charges apply. The delivery charges for other countries vary.

Cash on delivery (COD) is currently available only in the UAE. COD charges are not shipping charges but handling charges for COD orders. The COD handling charge is AED 10.

4. How can I return a product?

We accept returns for products ordered within the last seven days in case of misplacement, damage, defect, or incorrect items. If the order is already out for delivery, return delivery charges of AED 25 will be deducted. For damaged or defective items, we apologize and promise a full refund. The refund will be made immediately via e-wallet for cash-on-delivery or online payments. If the payment was made through a bank credit or Visa card, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Please note that the return service is restricted to the United Arab Emirates, and international shipments are not eligible for this option. Products bought during high-margin sales cannot be returned or refunded.

Cancelling a purchase is currently restricted to our UAE customers. International customers cannot cancel their orders at the moment.
