Refund policy
Mark Des Vince REFUND POLICY
- If the shipment has been dispatched for prepaid orders and customer requesting for refund, delivery charges will be deducted.
- For Online prepaid, credit charges of 2.5% of the total order value will be deducted if cancelled upfront without any reason & if shipped & returned AED 25 will be deducted for courier charges.
- If you return the item that you received defective, damaged or incorrect you will be refunded full amount.
